Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed through support and Stripe billing history. The 3-day trial is designed so couples can try the first reveal before the first charge.

Private by default

Two accounts. One room. Answers stay sealed until the reveal.

Trial charges

No charge is due at the start of the 3-day trial.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
If a charge happens after the trial, Stripe billing history determines the charge date, plan, and payment status.

Refund requests

Send refund questions to founders@afteryou.love from the email on your account.
Include the approximate charge date, plan, and room code if available.
Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on billing status, usage, fraud risk, and applicable law.
Canceled subscriptions may keep access until the paid period ends unless Stripe or applicable law requires otherwise.
