Email founders@afteryou.love for account, billing, invite, privacy, or safety questions. Include the email on your account and your room code if you have one. Do not include card numbers or sensitive passwords.

How AfterYou works

• One partner starts a room, answers the daily question, and sends an invite.

• The invited partner creates their own verified account and answers privately.

• Both answers stay sealed until both partners submit.

• The reveal unlocks once the room has trial or subscription access.

• The daily loop continues through the shared dashboard, reminders, photo prompts, and recaps.

Invite questions

• If your partner did not receive an invite, ask the room creator to use the invite link again or resend it by email.

• If an invite link says it is expired or invalid, use the newest invite link from the room.

• Typing a partner email does not verify that partner. Each partner must verify their own email when joining.

• If you skipped partner email during onboarding, the creator receives a manual invite link to forward.

Account and room recovery

• Use email login to recover your account if your browser session is lost.

• Use room recovery if you know your email and room code.

• Do not rely on local browser storage as proof of room membership. AfterYou stores room membership in Supabase.

Billing and trial

• Every plan starts with a 3-day card-upfront trial.

• No charge is due today when the trial starts.

• Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

• The billing-owner subscription unlocks the room for both partners.

• Weekly recaps unlock after the subscription becomes paid.

Photos

• Photo prompts follow the same blind-reveal idea: both partners upload before the reveal.

• Launch photo prompts are tasteful and not explicit.

• Photos are private to room members and are stored in private Supabase Storage.

• You can delete your own uploaded photos from settings.

AI reflections and recaps

• AI reflections are warm conversation starters, not relationship advice.

• Follow-up questions are generated from both partners' answers after a reveal.

• Weekly recaps are rendered by AfterYou components from structured AI output, not raw AI HTML.

• If an AI output feels off, ignore it and use your own judgment.
