Email support

Send questions to founders@afteryou.love. Include the email on your account, your room code if you have one, and a short description of what happened.

Billing questions

  • For subscription, cancellation, or refund questions, include the plan and approximate charge date if available.

  • Do not send card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or payment screenshots with full card details.

  • AfterYou uses Stripe for subscription billing and payment-method storage.

Invite and room help

  • If your partner cannot join, include the room code and whether the invite was sent by email or manual link.

  • If you lost access, try email login or room recovery before writing in.

  • Each partner must verify their own email. Support cannot verify a partner from someone else's message.

  • For privacy requests, write from the email connected to your account so we can locate the right records.

  • For urgent safety concerns, contact local emergency services or a crisis line first.
