Cancellation Policy

AfterYou subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can cancel before the trial ends or during a paid billing period.

Two accounts. One room. Answers stay sealed until the reveal.

How to cancel

Open billing settings in AfterYou and use the Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancel before the 3-day trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
If you have trouble opening the portal, email founders@afteryou.love from the email on your account.

What happens after cancellation

Trial cancellation prevents the first charge when completed before the trial ends.
Paid cancellation usually keeps access through the end of the paid billing period.
Room access updates after Stripe sends the subscription status back to AfterYou.
Answers, photos, and room history are not automatically deleted when billing is canceled.
